How quickly will my restaurant be online?
Usually within 72 hours. After your purchase, we set up your restaurant and send you your login details by e-mail.
Are there fees per order?
No. You only pay the yearly price. For your guests' online payments, your own payment provider charges its usual fees.
What does the phone agent cost?
The phone agent and AI tasks are billed by usage via AI credit. Starter credit is included; you can see and control prices, warning thresholds and monthly limits in your admin.
Do I get my own app?
Yes. Your app appears under your name and with your logo in the App Store and on Google Play, with the same menu as your web shop. The developer accounts with Apple and Google are in your name; we guide you step by step through setting up and publishing. The accounts cost USD 99 a year at Apple and a one-off USD 25 at Google.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Your purchase confirmation contains a link. With it, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason; you get the full amount back and the subscription ends immediately.
Who issues the invoice?
Sales are handled by our payment provider Link (Stripe). You receive your invoice and receipt from there, and that is also where you manage payment methods and cancellation.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, effective at the end of the current annual term. Until then, everything remains available.
